Characteristics

Liquid defoamer XP-11 is developed by our company for polycarboxylate water reducer, the main component of which is modified polyesters, made by special process. It is used for Eco-friendly concrete admixture, stable, no separation and sediment for long term storage, no crystal in winter, particularly suitable for high durable, high flow state, high strength pumped concrete and fair-faced concrete with extremely high quality requirement. It is characterized by quick anti-foaming rate, long time defoaming effect, high temperature resistant, alkali resistant and quite good stability. It is suitable for defoaming concrete of ordinary Portland cement and special cement and other cements.

 Advantages:

 Application :

This product is mainly used for polycarboxylate water reducer, cement water reducer, cement slurry additives, ordinary Portland cement, special cement, water-proofing agent, concrete additives, building material additives etc.

Application Method:

This product is added into foaming systems directly which need to be stirred evenly before using, suggestive dosage is: 0.02%—0.08%, final additive amount is determined by the actual experiment, as different systems has different foaming mediums and variety foaming causes, though this product has wide adaptability, it’s impossible to be applied into any foaming system, so please take sample for verification before order it.

Packing: 200KG iron drums 

Storage: 

This product should keep sealed in transportation, it is non-toxic, non-flammable and stored at cool, dry, ventilated room. Do keep the container sealed before using up.

 Validity: one year at c.a 25℃
