SPS-10 Quick-Speed Slow-Release & Slump-Retaining High-Performance PCE

Description

SPS-10 is a new-generation, environmentally friendly, quick-speed slow-release & slump-retaining, high-performance PCE.

.

Technical Principle

With EPEG-3000 as the primary raw material, short-chain sustained-release groups are incorporated into its molecular structure. This facilitates accelerated release in the later stages, with the majority of the release occurring within approximately one hour to achieve dispersion effects.

Advantages/Characteristics

(1) The structure is designed for later release and must be used in conjunction with water-reducing admixtures.

(2) Rapid release with long-lasting performance to maintain the functionality of the applied product.

(3) It exhibits broad adaptability to different cement and aggregate systems, offering excellent compatibility with early-strength agents, air-entraining agents, defoamers, and other additives, thereby supporting multifunctional composite applications.

Application

Applicable to various concrete construction projects such as high-strength, self-compacting, and mass concrete, it significantly enhances construction efficiency and structural durability.
